She married Charles Newman Furlong in Scots Church, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, October 6, 1845. Charles was born in Wexford, Wexford, Ireland 1823. Charles died June 15, 1876 in Morton Street, Surrey Hills, New South Wales, Australia, at 52 years of age. His body was interred June 17, 1876 in Camperdown, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. (See Charles Newman Furlong for the continuation of this line.) Supposed to have arrived with a sister. One of the comments from Lois Wake called the Kilkenny cats. Mother owned a ship called the Esther that sailed from Wexford to France. Father was a Dr. Milton Physician to the Earl of Carrick.
