He married Rachel Elsie Richards in New South Wales, Australia, before 1916. Rachel was born in Hamilton, New South Wales, Australia April 5, 1893. Rachel died January 14, 1968 in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, at 74 years of age. Her body was interred 1968 in New South Wales, Australia.

Lawrence Perry and Rachel Elsie Richards had the following children:

6 i. Hazel Lorraine³ Perry was born in Broken Hill, New South Wales, Australia September 27, 1916. She married William Bayliss about 1946. William was born in England October 13, 1916. William died August 9, 1986 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, at 69 years of age. (See William Bayliss for the continuation of this line.)
