He married Annie Furlong. Annie was born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia 1859. Annie was the daughter of Charles Newman Furlong and Ann Milton. Annie died 1935 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, at 76 years of age.

Charles Sullivan and Annie Furlong had the following children:

She married George Franklin Smith in Rosebay, New South Wales, Australia, November 5, 1914. George was born in Wandandian, New South Wales, Australia July 1, 1874. George was the son of William Smith and Eliza Barker. George died June 20, 1943 in Chatswood, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, at 68 years of age. 12 vii. Herbert Sullivan was born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

13 viii. Leon Sullivan.

14 ix. Edith (Topsy) Sullivan was born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia July 23, 1899. She married Morris Inglis Twiedy in Croyden Park, Marylebone, London, England, 1934. Morris was born in Dublin, Ireland October 22, 1907.
